* Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order. * Returns are not accepted after delivery. * If you would like to inspect your order or try it, please do so while the courier is still present. (Please don’t inform the courier that you will try on the products because it’s against their policy but we accept it as Beyond) * If the items are not suitable, you may return them immediately with the courier before they leave. * Once the courier has left, the order is considered accepted and returns will no longer be possible unless there is any manufacturing issue
📌 Shipping & Size Trial Policy
We do not offer partial shipments.
However, in some cases, we can provide an option to send two or more sizes for the same item for trying on purposes, but this must be discussed and agreed with our customer service team in advance via Instagram direct message before order confirmation.
This option is only arranged when approved beforehand to ensure size availability and to properly organize the shipping and try-on process upon delivery.
